Hi,

 

I am male 36 y old from Sydney, Aus. I am interested in kundalini very much. I

am at this stage where i am just reading about it but yet to start practicing.

 

But before I came across kundalini I saw this yoga technique but lost info about

it. I am not sure if it's kundalini, and if somebody is familiar with it.

It’s a breathing technique. Your breath in for 22 seconds or you count to 22

then hold your breath for 1 sec and in that second you swallow and then breath

out for 22 counts. You do this 12 times. Of course if you are starting you won’t

be able to do 12. Then after you can do 12 you increase by another 12 so that

means 24 and 24 goes to 48 and so on if i remember correctly. Not sure till when

do you keep increasing. I am still on 12. But when you are doing first set of

12 you shouldn’t go over 10min between 9 and 10 min. If anybody can expand on

this technique would be good.
