Guest guest
Dear Yogis, If you are interested in feeling healthier this Spring, there are two Cleanse options for you, your students/centers, whomever. Using free website support, you can either participate in the Mung Beans & Rice Cleanse <http://www.yogamurrieta.com/node/347> for 30 days or the Green Cleanse <http://www.yogamurrieta.com/node/319> for 40 days (If you can't commit to the whole amount of time, just commit to a certain number of days that works for you). On this Kundalini Yoga website, you'll see the cleanses from the book Foods for Health and Healing by Yogi Bhajan. Then to your surprise, you will see some added ideas for breakfast, lunch/dinner, snacks and even desserts that work with the cleanse to give it a bit of flexibility yet still stay close to the cleanse guidelines. There is even a Getting Started and Getting Ready <http://www.yogamurrieta.com/node/349> webpage to help give you more free startup support. At my center, we are having a brief check in after yoga class the week before we start the cleanse to buddy up with someone in class who is doing the cleanse so they have a email/phone support partner. We are also coming up with a potluck date to enjoy eating a variety of these healthy choices together. It'll be fun to do this together supporting each other. Our dates are April 7 through May 16. Join us for this event if you like. If you do need extra support, aside from what is available on the <http://www.yogamurrieta.com/> website <http:///> , I am available for private consultations via email or phone appointments at 951-696-9063 ext. 105.
