Assuming it is your Kundalini that is awakened.. I would recommend you to do

" Sitali Breathing " ..consciously.., visualizing the flow of air flowing up and

down your Spine... God Bless..

Kundalini awakening- cooling the Kundalini energy

Hi,

Last month I was attuned to Kundalini reiki and I later realized the

attunements fully awakened my Kundalini energy and I've been having a

lot of negative effects from this, such as: I always have a lot of

excess heat in my body and I sweat constantly, I'm having trouble

thinking and functioning like normal, pressure headaches, and a lot of

other problems. Is there a way (with meditations, mantras, or another

way) to cool down the Kundalini energy so it's not affecting me like

this? Or to re-balance out the energy in my body so I feel healthy and

normal again?

Thank you

.

Shana,

I got sick everytime I got an attunement for Kundalini Reiki. Trust

me, it's just your body cleansing itself and will ease up on it's own

in about a week or two. I got flulike symptoms with all three of mine

and decided to wait go get anymore. I hope this helps!

Namasté!

Sat Nam,

Not needed (much love for Dev), but I second Sitali Pranayama (The

Cooling Breath)

worth looking into for sure =) Good luck.
