Guest guest
Sat Nam Ji, When you look at your fingers from the tips down to the bases where they meet the hand, you will see that there are three knuckles or joints where they bend. The first knuckle is the one immediately below the tip of the finger. So when you press the fingers of the two hands together, rather than just touching the tips of them to each other, you should place the entire finger from tip to first knuckle against the same portion of the corresponding finger on the other hand. Your hands in this position will form a sort of steeple, with the thumbs tucked inside and under, on the Mercury mounds. The thumbs themselves should also be touching each other from the tips down to the first knuckles immediately below the tips. With the thumbs on the Mercury mounds and the fingers in the correct position I think you will find that it is the backs of the thumbs from tips to first knuckles that actually make contact with each other; the thumbnails are touching. I hope this helps. Thanks! Kundaliniyoga , " sevasimransingh " mark.terrell@ wrote: If you want to experience the power of pran yogi, oh pran yogi, try this meditation. But only do it for 11 minutes. Put the thumbs on the mercury mounds. Then join the fingertips all the way to the first knuckle. It is a kind of modified prayer mudra. The thumbs from the tips to the first knuckle should press against each other. Put this mudra in front of the chest.
