Hello,

Sodarshan Chakra kriya has helped me with these syptoms.Cleans out sadness in

your 1st chakra and all chakra from your past first 120 days sucks as your ego

will fight tooth and nail to keep you where you are tell you that this is BS but

don´t listen keep going. Every 40 days you´ll have a breakthough where the stuff

that was making you cry the day before doesn´t even bother you and everthing

flows. In time the rouch patches caused by resistence smooth out and it gets

easier to release the garbage. Also, Mahan Gyan Mudra it will keep you going on

rough days and Sat kriya. Sat kriya will ground you which puts an end to day

dreaming. If your flexible try bound lotus the highest kriya which will do the

most for you in the shortest time. Choose one is do it for 1000days don´t miss a

day, this is important, if you´re in a pinch only do 3mins to preserve the new

pattern. -Chris Charles Sodarshan Chakra Kriya 750+ days 11-22mins. This stuff

works

Hello,

I recently discovered that I may have a weak ida nadi, since I have

experienced some of the weaknesses(lethargy, day-dreaming, and

habits). Can anybody advise of any kriyas that may

strengthen/revitalize the ida nadi, or maybe advise on meditations

that I should avoid so that I preserve the ida nadi strength?

Here is some info that I found about the ida nadi in case anybody

wants to get some insight...
