I've recently made friends in the Seattle, Washington area and also in

Norway (Bergen). Are there any Kundalini Teachers out there in those

areas?

Mollie has a wonderful class at Samadhi Yoga Studio Saturdays 10:40 to 12:10 and

Sundays 5-6:30 (Pike and 12th, Seattle) There are also several classes at West

Seattle Yoga and Ayurveda. Joe Panzetta has a class Tuesday evenings around

Northgate, and there are many other teachers in the area. I know there is a

website of all the activities- if your friend googles seattle and Kundalini yoga

she'll get it. Guru Singh does a wonderful workshop every quarter. A lot of

resources in this area.
