Guest guest
Dear Mimi, Sat Nam! I have been having mild symptoms of the same, which I think is due to the pollen in the air this spring. I have been taking 2 droppers of nettle liquid 2 times a day for 3 days. Today I started taking one capsule of oregano oil with 3 meals. I feel a bit better. Both need to be taken with meals. It is worth a try. I have no definite results yet, but wanted to pass this on right away. Nettles are specifically for allergies. Oregano oil kills yeast, bacteria and is a natural antibiotic. Do NOT get straight oil, it is too strong. Blessings, Guru Rattana :+)
Guest guest
When going the alternative medicine route one is often left to research and experiment to find the right products and resources. Here is a new site that is beginning to gather all the resources in one place. You can research conditions for various therapeutic modes, including Ayurvedic medicine, and get information about the effectiveness of therapies and remedies. The site is also a launching point for researching integrated alternative medicine therapies on the web. Go to http://www.rvita.com .
