Guest guest
Sat Nam! I just received the answer of a magnetic resonance to my lower back and they found two little hernias (between L4-L5 and between L5-S1). My doctor suggested me some kind of physiotherapy and I will do it starting from next monday. Until then I would search for some Yoga excercises to pratice without hurting my back (I know I can't do cobra pose or arch pose or plow pose etc.). From your experiences, can you suggest me kriyas or excercises or meditation you've found useful with this kind of problem? Thank you in advance! Fateh Dharma!!! Sujan S. Guest guest
Sounds like you are doing the right things to strengthen your back. Yoga is probably better than anything. However, if your pain persists, prior to taking strong prescriptions or surgery, I would recommend John Sarno's work on curing back problems. I had a friend totally cure himself in a very short amount of time. Dr. Sarno is a NYU professor focused on pain who wrote Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection: http://www.med.nyu.edu/people/J.Sarno.html Scott
