Guest guest
Hi there beautiful people...I feel like sharing and would like your opinion. I have a friend who I belive is undergoing 'k'awakening. We did a " session " last year together whereby I went through some kind of huge clearing...vocalising, crying, whaling etc etc....I felt that although I was healing my own stuff that I was also accessing a far deeper healing - collective consiousness...humanity ...?? - Anyway her part was as facilitator/ participant....She also whaled etc..we had similar impressions - ie she felt the buddha was helping..I felt at the same time that Jesus was...She shook..I felt that her " k " was awakened. I did not relay this as she felt that she was the 'sole " " healer " ....since then she had been having lots of symptoms.wiped out bliss in the following few days - she talks about it as being very profound (where as - certainly it was but comes as no suprise to me as I have been living with 'k'now for several years) she has snake dreams - her life seems to be undergoing a big change...night sweats etc. She is very closed to K as she seems to think it happens only through yoga... Thoughts please Love Carol Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger.
Guest guest
She is lucky to have you as a friend. Yes it sounds classic - her awakening. If it isn't causing her any problems her own inner communication will guide her. You can suggest that Kundalini is a trans cultural phenomena and direct her here but if she has resistance to this there is no need to push. If she develops problems well more suggestions and then if she is open to it you can give her a flow treatment by giving her advice that you receive here, or that comes to you from your own awakening. Kundalini may or may not cause her to open to more options but the surrendering aspect of the process needs to be gently instilled. What have your feelings been in regards to your presence in her life at this time Carol? - blessings -chrism

I feel a comforting warmth in me and around me and don't know if it is the Sacred Fire or someone that said we are attuned and it could be him. Guest guest
Sat Nam Anthony, Here is a series of articles that were hand outs for a Teacher Training program: http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/radiant.html I think that these should provide some information. There are different levels of Kundalini. Kundalini is the light of awareness that shines through us that gives rise to our conscious experiences. The source of that awareness is also the sense of “I” or the subject “I” to all objects. As the voltage in the body increases and evens out, it begins to cause the disengagement of encoded impressions throughout the body that bind us to projecting a world of stored impressions we feel as real. The practice of this kind of Kundalini Yoga, which Yogi Bhajan taught, generates radiance, which suffuses, expands and deepens until it impacts with, pierces through to, the source of the awareness, which is Infinite Being and Light. Then you experience and abide as unqualified pervasive Being / Consciousness / Love. As you practice, a process sets in, in which you begin to feel a sense of pause or hearing. You feel the Intelligent Force of the part of you that sees isolating in on itself, a sense of singular discernment that you feel radiating in and through the body and around the head. It brings the breath into abatement. Eventually, you begin to experience jagrat-sushupti (wakeful-sleep), which means that the subconscious storehouse of impressions has been so cleared at you are also awake in what would otherwise be your dream level. When there are visions here, they are of an entirely different order than the visions projected by the mind, as you experience them within your field of consciousness and not in a subject object relationship. Anyway, with this introduction, the series should be helpful. Now all you need to do is to start a Sadhana. You can go to the 3ho website and look up teachers in your area, take classes and gradually what is written about will be experienced, such as the penetrating spreading and deepening of radiance and the sense of singular intelligence that leads to steady abiding, which is the Knowledge (Union) you mention in your posting.
