Guest guest
Hello All, I am a very new addition to this infinite and intriguing realm of kundalini yoga, and must say m very very impressed with what i have come across so far. I have started practising kundalini yoga for about 20 minutes daily(beginning with the churn and ending with the breath of fire). But A li'l problem that i face is a slight chest pain during and after the practise. Although it does not interfere with any other thing, but was just curious to know the cause and any possible implications of the same.Any inputs would be highly appreciated. Also please guide me on furthering this journey. Thank You!! Isha.
Guest guest
Satnam Isha Welcome to KY.As you mentioned that you are doing Breath Of Fire for 10 minutes or so and you started feeling pain in your chest .For sometime I ask you to stop this exercise for sometime as your body is not adjusting it well .I recomend you to do Nadi Sodhana in place of that and feel the benifit manyfold.
