kundalini energy

i have a problem with kundalini energy. Even if i get keep atention on

shushumna the enrgy is making me feel agitated and if somebody bothers

me i get angry and sometimes when i want to go to sleep i cant relax

because of kundalini energy. what is my problem???

I have not seen an answer to your question on list --

perhaps you have received one privately -- but I

thought I would answer, even though I am new to KY

because I have had a lot of experience with this

problem.

 

When I have too much energy in my system and my

immediate goal is to be calm enough to sleep or

something of that nature, I work on sending it

elsewhere. I visualize sending it somewhere that it

can be helpful healing our planet -- somewhere that

wants it (I always specify that because while it is

okay to enable wanted healing one wouldn't want to be

controling...) and then it goes and I am able to sleep

-- I am more calm.

 

Last night which was my first of this time where I am

deciding to follow KY as a discipline, I was really

super-energized more that I have ever felt before. I

found realize in the Corpse Pose -- I guided myself

bit by bit to relax and therefore to release the

energy and eventually found myself calm enough to

sleep.

 

I do not know if these are the best ways to deal with

your issue which I may be imperfectly understanding,

but they are approaches which I have found effective.

 

I suppose they revolve around the idea that if you

have (what you judge to be) too much energy, then what

you want to do is release it in one way or another.

I have found that when I am doing KY I feel this type of sensation-

anger,then I work through it~ " keep up and you will be kept up " ~Yogi

Bhajan.

I have realized that it is a ~release~ so breathe it out,send it out

to the universe>But send it out healed,recognize your feelings and

release them..
