Sat nam.

 

I have been praticing pranayama since three months. I wanted to do it

regularly and feel some energy flowing. But instead whenever i do it i

feel tired and find myself sleeping soundly atleast for one hour after my

meditation. Could anyone tell me wats happening because im aware of the

benefits one can get by practicing it and so i feel frustrated as im not

able to experience anything of that sort even after three months of

continuous practice.
