Guest guest
Sat Nam, Guru Ram Das is mentioned a lot in the mantras of Kundalini Yoga. I know that when Yogi Bhajan was a child, Guru Ram Das appeared to him and told him how to cure his illness. I am enquiring as to how the beloved Guru Ram Das is The Patron Saint of Kunalini Yoga? Any answers would be most appreciated. Love and Light
Guest guest
Sat Nam I may be wrong and I am sure that others will be able to add to this post but I have always understood that each of the 10 Sikh Gurus hold a particular quality or vibration. Guru Ram Das holds the quality of Service, and it was whilst Yogi Bhajan took service (seva) in The Golden Temple for three years cleaning floors that he had the realisation that he needed to spread the teachings of Kundalini Yoga to the West. So it was seva in the house of Guru Ram Das that enlightened Yogi Jis consciousness to share these incredible teachings and thereby he became the Patron Saint of Kundalini Yoga. Blessing on your continuing journey of awakening Tabather Harpreet Kaur
