Hi Akash,

I have yet to do any exercises at work, but have found helpful the

exercises at this link

I was going through a tough time at work and was really angry and close to

quitting (something I can't afford to do, currently).

I went through the " meditations for these times of crisis " out of

desperation to alter my emotions before I did something I wasn't prepared

to live with.I did each one in 3 minute intervals and found the affects of

them lasted for several days.

I continued to do them every few days and now just do them if I have a

really bad day etc.

 

I am a newbie, been on the list for a long time (over a year) but have only

recently started to practice KY and am enjoying the benefits. The subtle

changes within me have been great.

 

Guru Rattana, I've been reading New Millenium Being for over two years and

slowly it has guided my interest in KY. It's a great, informative

newsletter and I'm always anxious for the next one...
