Guest guest
Just to give my experience with this -- and just to be clear what I do (usually) is mentally chant sa ta na ma. What seems to happen when I do so is that my conscious mind gets distracted by the repetition of the syllables. This allows unconscious material (emotions and thoughts) to surface. When they surface I have the option of using whatever wisdom I have to deal with them. I value this practice as a ready route into core material. Since for me the next steps are to 1) feel whatever emotions arise thereby releasing them and 2)search for my core beliefs behind my painful feelings -- which often leads to transforming them into more healthy beliefs, this is a reliable source of freeing stale emotions and healthy, positive growth. --- expertofexpert <expertofexpert wrote: > Does sa ta na ma meditation erase good mental > programing or only bad > mental programing? > > http://www.fallensword.com/?ref=1592837 ______________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
