Guest guest
Hi all, I am new to this group and have been reading for a few weeks. I have, however, been practising Kundalini Yoga for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. I really appreciate that we need to engage our mind as well, not just moving our muscles mindlessly. My question today is what will be appropriate for the first weeks of pregnancy. I just found out I am pregnant and am excited and nervous. I had a full-term loss last year so I feel very emotionally charged. I continued with Kundalini yoga during my last pregnancy, taking care not to do certain poses, but right now I need total assurance as to what to do, and what not to do, especially in these delicate first weeks. All advice appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. Janis
Guest guest
Janis, congratulations. I practiced yoga throughout my pregnancy and can say that it was the best think I did. There is a book, Beautiful, Bountiful, Blissful. It outlines in a very easy way the yoga to do for each trimester. It really is a brilliant book and will give you comfort and courage. Cheers, Kerrie ________________________________ Kundaliniyoga [Kundaliniyoga ] On Behalf Of Janis Tan Thursday, 8 May 2008 4:53 AM Kundaliniyoga Kundalini Yoga prenatal yoga Hi all, I am new to this group and have been reading for a few weeks.
