Guest guest
Reminder: BoF is not like a dog panting or belly bellows, though many KY teachers teach it that way. http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/images/PDF.jpg <http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/worddocuments/Pieters_Articles/radiant/ BASIC%20KUNDALINI%20YOGA%20BREATHING.pdf> Basic Kundalini Yoga Breathing http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/worddocuments/Pieters_Articles/radiant/B ASIC%20KUNDALINI%20YOGA%20BREATHING.pdf http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/images/PDF.jpg <http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/worddocuments/Pieters_Articles/radiant/ Breath%20of%20Fire.pdf> Breath of Fire http://www.kundalini-matashakti.com/worddocuments/Pieters_Articles/radiant/B reath%20of%20Fire.pdf _____

Guest guest
Sat Nam, The question is, are you doing To Master Your Domain kriya? If you are just do the BOF as you raise and lower alternate legs. This kriya is one of my favorites', it makes me feel like a lion. . Guest guest
If this is Saahibee Kriya ( http://www.sahej.com/Saahibee.html ) you are talking about, ,just coordinate the movement so it is in rhythm with the rapid " Breath of Fire " through puckered lips. You'll do several breaths for each motion of you legs and arms. There is no way each breath will be coordinated with each movement and that is not what is intended. You will also find the below clip of use for exercise #4 Do it for the full time, and no cheating! http://church-mouse.com/Ragi%20Sat%20Nam%20Singh%20-%20Namastang.mp3 Dharam Millis, MA sadhana72002 wrote: >Sat Nam, > >The question is, are you doing To Master Your Domain kriya?
