I'm Guru Kaur, an experienced teacher of Kundalini Yoga in London UK.

I wanted to tell you about a project I've started which might be of

interest to the group...

 

Regally Graceful Teleseminars is a series of entertaining and

informative dial-in phone call and podcast interviews, which address

the common issues of our daily lives with a spiritual perspective, a

practical outlook and professional experience. Guests are chosen

because of how their lives or services embody Dharmic principles

applied to real world (ie householder) situations, even though they

often would not necessarily think of themselves as " Dharmic " . They

are the sort of unsung heroes of real-world spirituality.
