Sat nam,

Does anyone have directions for Mastak Subhai

It is given as exercise 1 in a kriya for the nervous system.

I have the book in french and would like to clarify the directions

with someone who has it in english.

It has two parts to it:

1) In easy pose - with small rapid movements, move the forehead (does

it mean up and down or from side to side?~)

2) In the same posture - move the head in all directions (does that

mean like a neck roll or something else?)

This exercise is to give the brain a kind of 'massage'.

Thank you!

Sat Nam Krishan Shiva Kaur,

What is the title, in French, of this book? This Kriya is only

vaguely familiar to me, as it has been quite a while since I've done it.

The first exercise, if I remember correctly, is supposed to regenerate

the grey matter of the brain, something commonly thought of, in the

West, as not being possible. (Ah, but what can one expect of a

technology that is only 200 years old versus several thousand years?)

Further thoughts below

Neck roll, forward and back, be random.

Sat Nam Dharam,

The Kriya comes from,

'Le Manuel du Yoga Kundalini - pour la sante du corps et de l'esprit'

by Satya Singh.

It's not in print anymore but I think Ram Singh in Paris may still have

a few copies.

How can I post a new image up to the photo part of this website.. i

came across something that I think it's very good that I'd like to

share.

Thanks!

with blessings,

Sat Nam,

Krishan Shiva,

You can find this kriya at 3HO.org it is called Exercise for the

Frontal Lob of the Brain. Try google search. the motion for the

first set is an up and down movement. 2. is a figurer eight movement.

Sat Nam dear Guru Sadhana Seva,

Thank you for your link to the 3ho website.

The Kriya posted there is different from the one I am practicing out of the

french manuel,

but the first exercise is the same.

So it's good to again clarify that the movement is up and down,

although I'm not sure how to move my forehead quickly up and down without

the rest of my

head moving,so i'll place my main focus at the forehead... and see how it

goes.

I practiced it yesterday doing this and it was wonderfully effective!

all blessings to you!

Krishan Shiva K.
