It´s " meditation for the calm heart " You sit in easy pose your right hand in active gyan mudra, elbow is bent and your hand is in same hight as your shoulder, palm facing forward. Your left hand is on your heart, fingers pointing to the right. Eyes are closed and you focusing on your heart. You breath in slowly as deep as you can and you hold your breath as long as you can, relaxed. Then you breath out slowly and hold your breath out as long as you can. Continue. To end you inhale and exhale srongly 3times. Relax.
