Hi - Hi am relatively new to this group. I have been listening for a while to

confirm if I want to participate in the group. I am going to Level 1 yoga

teacher training this summer in NM. Very excited about the experience ahead. If

anyone has any tips for me that would be great. I have been taking classes for

several years -- but feel a need to get more involved in the culture of

Kundalini. It has been a very positive experience so far.

Cheers.

Sat Naam Madeline

How awesome that you will be attending teachers training out in New Mexico, what

a perfect way to immerse yourself into the teachings and the lifestyle...its an

incredible experience!

I suggest that you bring a backjack, its like a chair only it has no legs & its

made of material. You'll be sitting on the floor most of the time and the

backjack is nice to lean your back into to give your back a rest. Also a Zafu,

meditation cushion to sit on is good too.

The environment is dry, so something for your skin & nose & lips.

Enjoy your journey

with many blessings Jiwan Shakti Kaur
