Guest guest
Sat Naam Jaana~ when I have days like that I find that it motivates me when I put on one of my favorite Kundalini Yoga CD's (Prem by Snatam Kaur) is what does it for me...and I just close my eyes, tune in and begin to chant along with her...then I begin to move into some warm ups such as grinder and spinal flexes and I am on my way (: I also find that it helps when I have a set picked out way in advance, that way when I sit on my mat it motivates me to just get going (and I don't have to think) on days when I am unmotivated if I had to think of what I was going to do, that could unmotivate me more... Do some Breath of Fire too, to get the fire in you going & move the prana Yogi Bhajan says that when we have time for nothing else...to do " Sat Kriya " Hope these suggestions help...Sat Naam with love, prayer and gratitude always Jiwan Shakti Kaur > hello yi's~ > Sometimes when I am having a hard time doing my daily > yoga,(I love > yoga, all the different paths)and I know that I need > it,sometimes if > I'm really down or sick >I have a hard time to > motivate myself to the > mat,grass,floor...... Guest guest
Jaana Sat Nam, I would recommend 5 mins spinal flex followed by 5 min of Sat Kriya. Don't forget that after 5 min Sat Kriya to relax 10 mins, but these 10 mins are exactly for these lazy days Best of luck, ILYA Kundaliniyoga , " lap_car_0 " <lap_car_0 wrote: > > hello yi's~ > Sometimes when I am having a hard time doing my daily yoga,(I love > yoga, all the different paths)and I know that I need it,sometimes if > I'm really down or sick >I have a hard time to motivate myself to the > mat,grass,floor......
