There are hundreds of practices and numbers of experiences comes , but

after a dedicated practice what i experienced and felt that the

postures , concentration on chakras , enrgy channel, mantras etc will

be initial stages final aim is above all and comes slowly by regular

devotion.

 

Surrender is atmost important first of all, looking for energies and

chakras will be next and comes automatically , compassionate and

social welfare feeling are compulsory first . Ones hidden feelings

will reflects in all mean, and the thoughts, learned will be a mind

creation which happens in front of you . Total purity is the only mean

without being targetted to get on concentration on chakras.

 

Supreme is the one and only truth, if we want to become a real seeker

then we have to be above all first body mind and ego.

If u just seek yoga guidance on net...there r so many videos n free help that

can be anxiety ridden process ...cuz there r so many kriyas and asans and u feel

incomplete not being able to knw all. But the most imp of all is discipiline and

commitment in one single kriya that one does and nt really seeking

nything....but let things flow naturally...that is the true yogic way... lyoga

by technique is no different than you routine work that u do.
