Guest guest
Namaste! Since I am a new member of this group, I like to introduce myself. My name is Catarina and I live in Sweden. After having practised Hatha yoga for some years, I recently made my first acquaintance with Kundalini yoga. Thanks to Hatha yoga I have been able to strengthen my body. It has also been very beneficial to realize the importance of living in the presence. When I got in contact with Kundalini yoga, I discovered that some of its techniques makes it easier for me to concentrate. The effects of the closed eyes, the focus on the third eye and the SAT NAM-connection with the breath became a pleasant surprise for me. Now I am very eager to continue my inner travel. I think Kundalini yoga will help me to listen to myself, understand what is really important in life and experience who I am. I also believe it can support me to gather energy and life force, as well as achieve balance and peace. I look forward to share some aspects of this travel with you! Love from Catarina

Guest guest
Hi Johnny, I think the best way to start would be to join a Kundalini Yoga class for beginners. Hopefully you can find a good teacher in the place where you live. If this is not possible, you can learn about Kundalini Yoga through a book, a CD or a DVD. There is also a free on-line course at kundalini yogaclasses.html . Good luck!
