Guest guest
Sat Nam Susan, I have been a member of this group for several months, but mostly I just read to learn from others experiences. I have been practicing Kyoga for seven months now and am fully addicted to it. I am currently committed to 40 days of Sat kriya and am on day 38 Yaaay! I'm not sure if I'll go ahead and keep going for 90 days when I've completed the 40 or if I'd like to try something else for 40 days, guess I better decide soon. I got into this yoga because I was depressed and overweight and not feeling well, I was having anxiety attacks and things like high blood pressure and high cholestral were starting to show up. I found Kyoga and I started making changes to my diet and I lost 35lbs and that made a big difference on the blood pressure and chols. and I came out of the anxiety state and feel much better now. Now it seems like I'm getting deeper into the spiritual part of it all. I wasn't really looking for spiritual change when I found it, but now I am truly embracing it and learning so much about myself. I enjoy reading and learning from others and their experiences. Nice to meet you, see you around the board.
