Cynthia, I was very blessed to have had several high level teachers

during the years I attended the retreats of a nationaly known

organization called Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship. I may not have

kept up with the technigues that I was taught, but I look forward to

picking up on what I had once allowed to not have the focus that I

experiences when I was first introduced to yoga, and the attendent

discplines.

Cynthia, thank you for your input. I feel a return to the importance

of yoga has played in my life.
