SAT NAM,

Could you please recommend some herbal/natural hair growth enhancers/supplemets

to prevent hair loss for both men and women?

Thank you very much

Sat Nam!

I read about lecithin and chlorophyl really good for the health of the hair,

but better we can see if someone, with a better experience than mine, will

confirm it or add something else.

Sat nam Akkama,

From family I know that silicea taken regularly one spoon full with a cup of

water in the mornings (as a drink) first prevents the loss of hair and then

restores and brings to florish incremented hairgrowth again. I know a case who

was thinking that she would become bold because of hair loss, but thanks to

silicea was able to stop that. After a time of taking silicea regularly, hair

not only grew strong and abundant but even - at the age of over 80 - returned to

grow in the natural dark hair color instead of in grey or white!!!

Regularity is the clue!

Biosil is one. A very bioavailable form of silica, which is an important

mineral for the hair.

Also the chinese herb he shou wu (polygonum). . . there's a formula called

polygonum 14, by the company evergreen herbs, that's specifically for the hair.

Hi!

I read in the Internet that the polygonum can cause acute liver injury

in rare case. So if someone tries and get sick, this person should

think about a connection with the herbs/pills.

That was due to bad pills, better and safer to boil down slices of the

pure herb to a tea

He shou wu is good for the liver

nu zhen zi, black seseme, mulberries are also good hair tonics
