Guest guest
Sat Nam, Please share any suggestions for a person believing he/she may be experiencing a kundalini awakening with seeming ill effects. My sense is that it would be helpful to do k-yoga to help ease and/or accelerate the process. Or would this be contraindicated for such a case? Thanks for your feedback.
