Sat Nam Iwona,

Thanks for your reply. You have mentioned that I am activating the Shanti

energy, isn't it the same energy as the Kundalini one ? I mean I feel it rising

from the spine to the Ajna or sometimes the crown. Some people says that one

must not lead the energy to the crown, cause it is dangerous and produces many

symptoms, is that true ? I mean I have being working with this chakra, felt

movements there and I don't feel anything wrong.

Also I would like to know if the " I am " mantra is better to be chanted loud or

in the mind ? I do it both ways, but has no answer in my body, I'll try to focus

more on this mantra to know why it is not working inside me, not aloud or in the

mind, and its supposed to be a very powerful one, that takes the K energy very

up. What I have made these last days, is to chant OM SHREE, OM SHREE, I AM I AM,

NAMAH. But only I feel something when I chant the " Shree Om " , the Om at the end

is supposed to let the energy inside the body, and the OM at the beginning is

supposed to let the energy go outside the body.

Is it important to chant this " I am " mantra if its not working on my body ? or

is it better to change it to the Shree Om ? Some people says that the " I am "

mantra lasts a few months to have an impact on the body. But I don't want to

wait that long time.

Which is the best mantra to arise more the Kundalini energy , and of course the

Shiva's one ?
