Guest guest
Sat Nam, dear Renuka, Kundalini Yoga offers a few sets for the the pineal gland, and this glad regulates the secretion of the thyroid. There are also other yoga sets that contain exercises involving movement of the neck (neck rolls, cobra pose...) and chanting - all of these are good for the thyroid. Try to attend a kundalini yoga class, and let yourself feel if you can find on this path some of the answers to your questions regarding your health and general well being. Thank you for asking and good luck! What would be the best approach for this? Thanks for any help Toni Tosa wrote: > > Sat Nam, dear Renuka, > > Kundalini Yoga offers a few sets for the the pineal gland, and this > glad regulates the secretion of the thyroid.
