Sat nam, folks,

I just started doing this meditation for prosperity.

The instructions say to pump the navel with each 'har'.

I'm not sure how to pump the navel.

Do I push it out?

Pull it in?

Both?

Thanks,

Kartar Kaur

Dear Kartar Kaur,

Pull the navel in toward the spine and then let it go. It is a very small pull

and the release is automatic. On each Har there is a pull in and a release.

Re your question on the article about prosperity. One of the free on-line

lessons covers prosperity. There are many facets to prosperity.

One is that you have to be able to contain your energy so you can attract to you

and hold what you receive. Not hold on like possessing. But energetically be

able to hold focus on yourself and the energies in your body.

After you have done your meditation, be very aware off the energy in your body

and feel it inside your skin, feel that you can contain everything that you are

experiencing inside your skin.

At the same time feel your body and base of your spine connected to the Earth.

The July 23 class of " Guru Rattana On-Line " streaming video classes available on

www.yogatech.com is on Manifesting and Healing with Feeling. Please note this

date. We are working on the editing and it will be up in a couple of weeks.

In the meantime I recommend

4/30/08 on " Prosperity, Creation and Magnetism "

5/7/08 on 'Feeling of Satisfaction "

5/14/08 on " Enjoying Your Body and Valuing Your Earth Experience "

There are over 20 lessons on-line at this time. They will all help you acquire

the awareness and the energy that facilitates your properity and happiness.

Many blessings,

Guru Rattana :+)

Just pull it in and imagine it touching your spine and the release is a natural

response. Sat nam Lil
