Guest guest
Hi Rina There is no kundalini teacher anywhere near me but I tune in through Guru Rattana online at www.yogatech.com some sessions are free and if you really get into it there is a small charge per month for access to a whole library of lessons and teachings. I find Guru Rattana and Yogi Bhajan's teachings invaluable - I can honestly say they've changed my life considerably. I hope this helps Sat nam Dharma Di --- On Thu, 10/30/08, Rina Mcinnes <RinaM wrote: Rina Mcinnes <RinaM Kundalini Yoga Re: Aap Sahai Hoa meditation Kundaliniyoga Thursday, October 30, 2008, 6:41 PM I am from Melbourne in Australia.
