Hi I have a question.

Dear person,

My sister has spent the summer with her Kundalini rising and falling.

She only recently shared with me about this phenomena

We were both Sikhs at one time. Hence my name, Jai Narayan.

She shared that she's becoming grounded with all the energy that has

been stirred up. But I have questions about this and would dearly like

to talk with someone about the process.

Please, can I?

thanks

Hi JN

You have to be fully grounded to soar to higher heights and higher vibrations

without this you can come unstuck!  Being more grounded is a good thing and

being fully grounded is even better - you are completely in touch with Mother

Earth and her needs.  This is only my view and may not be shared as I am fairly

new to Kundalini and come from a hybrid of yoga/ tai chi / chi kung background.

Hope this helps

Dharma Di
