There is a mantra that is to be chanted during the meditation, it is called Sat Nam Wahe Guru, the version that is recommended is Indian Version 2. The mantra is Sat Nam Sat Nam Wahe Guru Wahe . If anybody knows where I could get a tape or CD it would be greatly appreciated.
