Guest guest
Hi- My name is Khary and I am new to the practice of Kundalini Yoga. I've read teachings by a few spiritual teachers that suggest no " extreme dieting " while cultivating ones awareness. I know that Kundalini experiences and " God realization " experiences differ but i'm not exactly sure how, as I've never experienced either. I really enjoy the way my body feels, and the greater health I've been experiencing since I've altered my diet mainly for the practice of Kundalini. I'd like to know if anyone has any thoughts on these two different methods for spiritual growth. Khary

Guest guest
I've just recently begun practicing yoga & Qi gong within the past couple years. When adhearing to a majority Raw diet & or Calorie restriction, I FEEL my energy much more intensely. I also feel an intense pressure in my forehead and am much more aware of 'head' sounds and feelings (expecially when around electrical equipment or wiring). I am much more sensitive to emotion and find it difficult at times to stay present. I thank you for any suggestions or thoughts you may have Khary --- On Wed, 11/26/08, rasheedaas <rasheedaas wrote: rasheedaas <rasheedaas Kundalini Yoga Re: Kundalini yoga & God Realization Kundaliniyoga Wednesday, November 26, 2008, 6:19 AM Hello, Khary, In what way have you modified your diet to do Kundalini Yoga?
