Guest guest
Sat Nam, The main thing is HOW you teach these classes. Sufferers of trauma will most likely not feel comfortable in their bodies. They will need gentle exercises and encouragement to feel something pleasurable and non-threatening sensations. Help them be loving with themselves and emphasize doing the exercises in a loving, rhythmic manner. After each exercise spend time paying attention to what they feel in their bodies. Start with the feet, legs, spine. Belly and solar plexus are more threatening because we feel our emotions there. We have recently filmed a class on the relationship between the physical and emotional body. It will take a while, but it will be on Guru Rattana On-line. Many blessings, Guru Rattana
