Sat Nam, I am Kathleen ( Amar Kaur).  I am a K. teacher among other things and

am always so curious about the question of that " dangerous " Kundalini yoga. My

next door neighbor is a Hatha instructor and warned me of such dangers.  I have

seen significant emotional releases and I consider that a GIFT for the person

releasing and for me as a teacher.  It is not to be feared, but to be embraced

as a way or path  to get un stuck.  As the teacher, my role is to understand

that it is not to be feared, but to be considered, journalled, talked, prayed,

any way further expressed to plant the seed for grace:  the only answer to the

human race: grace.  I simply see no inate danger in that.
