Guest guest
Sat Nam! As we enter this sacred (for many spiritual paths), but extremely hectic, time of the year, I was just curious what we were doing for our sadhanas, and why. Mine is: Pranayam - Expanding Lung Capacity (as I have COPD) Kriya for Disease Resistance - It is getting colder in Massachusetts, USA and I am going to do my best this year to avoid getting sick! Meditation for Guruprassad - This is my way of remembering that there are things so much more important than material gifts. I wish you all a blessed month, no matter your spiritual path!! Blessings, Devta Kaur -- http://home.comcast.net/~susanmorgaine/ http://www.myspace.com/shimmyyogini ShimmySisters/ You've got to get up every morning with a smile on your face and show the world all the love in your heart and people gonna treat you better and you'll find, yes you will, that you're beautiful as you feel! - Carole King
