Stiff Joints/ Turmeric

Turmeric is a wonderful spice, with many uses. I used it extermally to

quickly and totally reduce swelling in my leg as a result of Lyme

infection.

 

HOWEVER, pls be aware that turmeric can be contaminated with lead,

among other toxins.

 

So know your source.
