Guest guest
Thank you! This is helpful information. I wish there was a book on the effects of the various kriyas. Most books give very limited information. Guest guest
Someone some time ago, maybe at the other site, someone said " Anger may well up with nabhi kriya when you become stronger and can no longer 'stomach' things you previously tolerated " . Does that ring true at all? I still seem to have a lot of anger welling up from time to time and my abs are now incredibly strong thanks to a couple of years of Kundalini yoga (who would have ever thought of doing 10 minutes of alternate leg lifts at a time, followed by 5 minutes of double leg lifts, etc?) I would suggest cutting back the times on the nabhi kriya if you're uncomfortable and supplement with Guru Rattana's online Anger video-it really works at transforming the heat to something more usable!
