I have been doing Iyengar for a few years, always beginners and for a long time I read and studied about KY and done some asanas. Since I am a Southamerican I took my time to undertand and live life from the Chakras and Universal Energy and the Eastern Phylosophies Because I am basically an experiencial learner I do Reiki for my family , friends and myself (on regular basis) I started to practice the Flexible Spine Series, intensively and I am in wonder. Now I started the Mantras and I am in wonder. I only wanted to welcome you ( I live in Sydney at the moment) and share a bit of my experience with this site and KY It has helped me in my practice and my dayly life. Next I will try the 120 days to break an addiction difficult to break. I practice on my own.
