As I was finishing today the thought to start a new one came and Sodarshan Kriya came to mind. No wonder! What is the best way to start and what are the aims and goals of this Kriya. I have read alot about it in the past and was turned off to it as it always seemed too challenging. The point? Well, just how much of a jerk could you possibly still be after, oh, say, even only 100,000 wahay gurus? No wonder sodarshon is known for its transformational capabilities; it literally wears down our thickheadedness.
Guest guest
Hello All, I'm also interested in kriya, the only good source of info on it (that I know of) is the SRF and it's 1-2 years before they give up the infromation. Anyone willing to share? namaste'
Guest guest
Dear Brian, We share the technology of Kundalini yoga as brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan. The sets are in the form of Kriyas. The same work Kriya is used in SRF - (Self Realization Fellowship started by Yogananda) In Kundalini yoga and meditation, there is a different dynamic. We openly share our technology from day one. We certainly don't want anyone to wait 2 1/2 years to get started! The dynamic in Kundalini yoga is -- Who will actually discipline themselves to do it?! There is more information on the web than you can do in a life time. Go to www.kundaliniyoga.org for free lessons and www.yogatech.com for manuals, DVDs and on-line streaming video classes. I hope you join us for 2 1/2 years atleast. Then the wait for SRF information won't seem so long. As my chi gong teacher told us -- " waiting is wasting.
