After #3 (rest), the real #4 is continuing from the position you were in with arms around your knees while on your back, open your arms to the floor and straighten your legs to form a 30 degree angle with the floor. Then pull arms and legs to the starting position. this opens up your navel area; 15 minutes, which sounds like a lot, but this is very easy compared to the first 2 exercises. Anyway, nabhi kriya will advance your cause immensely! It will forklift your ability to do yoga, and your personal will, too. It's a must-do kriya.
