precision on Shubagh Kyria

I have a doubt about the position of hands for shubagh Kryia on first exercise

While on page 439 of Teacher traning manual hands are horizontal.

 

What's the correst position?

Sat Nam,

 

It's most likely horizontal, although whatever it takes to make sure

you strike the entire sides of the hands against each other.

 

There are times (in pictures/videos) where SSS shows it differently

for the class to understand, but then he goes back and fixes it

properly for the KRI approved books.

 

Also, a little trick for this is the left thumb can slot into and

between the webbing of the right thumb (right thumb goes under) so

that you can strike both entire side of the jupiter finger (essential)
