Guest guest
Does anyone know of a book that has Kriya's for specific health issues. I am working with a wide range of people and I know some positions are not good for people with certain challenges...can anyone shed some more light on this? Guest guest
Sat Nam Harjodh Kaur You're asking two different things.... A book for what yoga is good for some people AND what yoga is bad for some people ) There used to be a booklet entitled 'Kundalini Yoga for Specific Applications " . I haven't seen it around in years. I do have a copy. Maybe someone should scan it and post it in pdf format, it it isn't going back into print. About health issues I can suggest these books: - Yoga for health and healing - The ancient art of self-healing - Heal your back now! - Meditation as medicine - Food as medicine They really really help me alot!! Guest guest
Hi Harjodh Kaur, You might check out Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa's _Meditation as Medicine_. He has a chart of the chakras and various associated qualities, organs, ailments, etc., along with meditations to help those specific ailments. He does have a few cautions with some of them, i.e. if a certain technique shouldn't be used by those with high blood pressure. Take care and have a wonderful happy day, Sat Darshan Kaur :-)
