Guest guest
Sat Nam, Beautiful People, I'm looking for Kundalini kriyas & meditations that affect/open/balance all of the chakras. NOT a series of kriyas or meditations that each focus on a specific chakra or two or three, but one kriya, one meditation, that addresses them all. And preferably several of those. :-) If anyone can name one (or several!) and give me the reference for the source manual, I'd appreciate it. Thank you! Guest guest
The one that immediately jumps forward in my experience is " basic spinal kriya " , from Sadhana Guidelines. It is terrific as written with the 7 bear grips, and makes you feel so great! > I'm looking for Kundalini kriyas & meditations that affect/open/balance > all of the chakras; one kriya, one > meditation, that addresses them all. Guest guest
Dear NIrvair Kaur, I would recommend Awakening the Ten Bodies. It is in Owners' Manual for the Human Body (I think that's the name - I gave my copy away) and in the Aquarian Teacher's Training Manual. It is a marvelous kriya. Happy balance. Guest guest
Sat Nam I just finished 80 days of kriya First the basic spinal series for 40 days and then the awakening to the ten bodies for 40 days. Both kriyas are great .. Simple to do and an easy 40 day commitment. I am taking a week off before commiting again to the Nabbi Kriya. I am also just sitting back and seeing what has shifted??? My Body is feeling alot of pain all along the back of my left side especially behind my scapulla ( Heart Charka) So there was definatley blockage that is now trying to release.
