Guest guest Posted January 13, 2009 Report Share Posted January 13, 2009 Sat nam, I have a couple of questions on the Kriya to Make the Pores Breathe found in the " Kundalini Yoga Sadhana Guidelines, 2nd Edition. " It's on page 89. For the first exercise, at the end, it says " repeat one more time. " Are we meant to repeat the entire thing from the beginning, or are we meant to just repeat the inhale and hold for 30 seconds? Also, on the second exercise, before it says to relax for 3 minutes, it says " repeat breath of fire for 1 minute. " Are our arms supposed to be relaxed, or crossed behind and holding onto the shoulders as before? I appreciate any answers anyone can give.
