Guest guest
Sat Nam, Yogi Bhajan said the best way is to squat. If you don't want to put your feet on the toilet seat and squat, a modified position is to put your feet on a stool. He also said men should not stand up to urinate, but sit. Guest guest
He also said that men should interrupt their flow when urinating 11 times especially first thing in the morning. It eliminates any possibility of impotency. Guest guest
I'm sorry, this is a bit silly. There is a correct way to use the toilet? Who discovered this insight? I use the bidet, so is that right or wrong? Guest guest
What is the reason for that? ________________________________ Guru Rattana <gururattan Kundaliniyoga Saturday, January 17, 2009 7:12:13 PM Re: Kundalini Yoga Correct way to go to the bathroom Sat Nam, Yogi Bhajan said the best way is to squat. Guest guest
Hi Acorn, --- On Sun, 1/18/09, Acorn <acornfae wrote: > I'm sorry, this is a bit silly. > There is a correct way to use the toilet? Who discovered this insight? Some believe that squatting is how we evolved to do it and this triggers off various reflexes and things. Doing it sitting as most of us do these days results in incomplete elimination and probably other problems. Maybe the colonic irrigation industry only exists because of this. We live in a world where many people have all sorts of guts problems so yes it might well be a valid subject for investigation and discussion. > I use the bidet, so is that right or wrong? What for going to the toilet in? That is def. wrong as far as I know - as using the hand basin, shower or kitchen sink! > Always in Love and Light! Likewise with some peace too! Keith. I and my famly have tried and we have never looked back... The ancient texts say that this will preserve your youth and your skin will begin to glow as all the toxins are removed and you experience a true cleanse.....Why pay to have this done, when you can use it everytime you go to the bathroom... No more pocking around with little pieces of paper. No more bad odours because everything comes out in an envelope of water.......pure heaven....Never will you feel horrid to go to the loo again......Yogi A P.B
