My name is Carl, I've been on the planet close to 66 years, live in St. Louis and have done some yoga for the last 5 years, mostly Ashtanga. Something prompted me to order a copy of " Aghora II " and as I was reading it became clear that I was ready. I'm waiting for the DVD " Kundalini for Beginners and Beyond " with Ana Brett and Ravi Singh, and am actively looking for a local leader. And I'm glad to be here.
