FW: My email account was hijacked!

Hey lovely people

 

Those of you who know me, know that I don't send such rubbish but for all those

others, who have received an email entitled " check this out " please be aware

that somehow my email account was hijacked and the whole of my contact list was

sent spam mail. Please don't open it. I am in the process of trying to sort this

out, if anyone out there has any ideas, let me know as I don't really want to

change my email address.

 

Also whilst I am emailing you all, just a reminder that we have organised a

Benefit Gig for Charity on 30th January 2009 @ Havana, Southsea, great bands,

great people and speakers plus raffle of prizes donated by local, independent

businesses. All proceeds are going to Medicines Sans Frontieres check out

http://www.msf.org who get humanitarian aid and medicine to conflict areas and

have done and are doing great work. In the current war torn area of Gaza they

have been able to supply much needed medical attention and surgery, with great

danger to themselves. We need bold charities like this and people like you

supporting their efforts. Tickets £3.50 on the door. Please come along, the

night will be full of positivity.))))

 

On another charity not, I am offering 20minute taster sessions of Shiatsu at the

lovely Peace Cafe every third Friday of each month but starting this Friday

23rd. There are still two sessions available 2pm and 2.30pm. All proceeds are

going to Free Tibet, suggested donation of £5 but more generous offers greatly

If you haven't already visited the Peace Cafe, you should do, this is a

serene haven in the heart of Southsea, a wonderful atmosphere to relax,

collect your thoughts, slow down and enjoy the bliss of the wonderful

atmosphere that has been created by James, a lovely man indeed.
